Preschool Director

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for nurturing young minds and building a vibrant Christian foundation for our students. The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, guiding a Christ-centered learning environment, ensuring a safe and enriching learning environment for children, and fostering positive relationships with families and staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations and standards.

• Develop, implement, and oversee an age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with the school's mission and values.

• Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing updates on children's progress.

• Manage the preschool budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

• Promote a safe and nurturing environment that supports the spiritual, emotional, and educational growth of each child.

• Organize and coordinate special events, programs, and activities that enhance the preschool experience for children and families.

• Collaborate with Trinity Missionary Baptist Churchs leadership to ensure the school aligns fully with its overall mission, vision, and values.

Job Requirements for Trinity Christian Academy Preschool Director

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education administration.

• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Christian education principles and values.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs and curricula for preschool children.

• Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and compliance standards for preschool facilities.

• Experience in managing budgets, staff, and resources effectively.

• CPR and First Aid certification.

Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
