What You'll Do

Assist with concrete production, including pouring, stripping, and finishing products

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

Clean and prepare forms, tools, equipment, and production areas

Safely operate hand tools and power tools

Support daily production activities to help meet customer demands

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Complete tasks accurately while meeting quality standards

Work overtime as needed to support production schedules

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Reliable transportation to and from work

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
