  • Regulatory Review Platform: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows in Veeva PromoMats.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Content Versatility: Proven ability to review diverse promotional materials spanning digital ads, social media, broadcast/video scripts, EVAs, print collateral, and sales training decks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Editorial Review & Quality Control: Review, edit, and proofread promotional, advertising, and sales training assets across print, digital, social media, electronic visual aids (EVAs), commercials, and video scripts.
  • Style & Conventions: Enforce strict adherence to the AMA Manual of Style (11th Edition) and internal editorial guidelines, covering grammar, punctuation, medical terminology, nomenclature, abbreviations, units of measure, and scientific notation.
  • Claims & Verification: Verify claims, references, prescribing information, fair balance, citations, tables, and figures against approved source materials and claims matrices to ensure editorial integrity and consistency.
  • MLR / PRC Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR/PRC), Compliance, Marketing, and Project Management-to resolve editorial queries, reconcile conflicting reviewer comments, and incorporate revisions efficiently.
  • Platform & AI Integration: Manage review workflows, version control, and audit trails within Veeva PromoMats; leverage AI/Veeva AI editorial tools to enhance editorial efficiency, consistency, and content checking.
  • Brand Governance: Serve as an editorial lead across assigned brands, supporting process documentation, brand style sheet updates, and workflow continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with consumer-facing (DTC) advertising, social media campaigns, or aesthetics/dermatology products.
  • Proven background reviewing dynamic digital assets, rich media, and interactive sales aids.
  • Experience maintaining or updating product-specific style sheets, claims matrices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
