About the Role

If your favorite moment is handing someone the keys to their next home, this role is for you. We’re hiring Buyer’s Agents in Atlanta to work with homebuyers who are actively searching.

What We Provide

1. Zillow Preferred buyer leads covering Atlanta ZIP codes, plus other lead sources
2. Appointment-setting support to help get buyer consultations scheduled
3. Broker support, mentorship, and training for new and experienced agents
4. CRM access at any hour to follow up with buyers
5. Transaction coordination through closing
6. Referral program: Earn 5% for life, with no cap, on every deal closed by each agent you refer

A Typical Week

1. Meet with buyers to learn their needs, budget, and timeline
2. Schedule and lead home tours
3. Help clients compare homes and make confident decisions
4. Write offers and guide buyers through negotiation to closing

Who We’re Looking For

1. Active Georgia real estate license
2. Knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods, or the drive to learn them
3. Clear communication and strong follow-up
