This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Days worked will be Monday through Friday, with 8hr shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• This position is a full-time virtual setting.
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries; answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and trouble-shooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit Card (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare. 
• Ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program area as needed. 
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external, ensuring that inquiries 
  and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.
• Participate in individual and staff conferences.
• Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
• Have the ability to multi-task, write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
• Performing various backup duties as required.
