Job Description
Why You’ll Love this Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job!
Momentum Behavior Services is different by design. We are an independently owned, BCBA-led organization. Clinical expertise is represented throughout our leadership structure. What does this mean? We get it from the ground up and are here for our Learners.
Our BCBA's are responsible for the clinical oversight and outcomes of a defined caseload, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services. This role owns the full clinical lifecycle—from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and client progress. This position is hands-on and clinic-based, requiring consistent in-person presence to support staff, model clinical skills, and maintain treatment fidelity. Each BCBA is expected to own clinical outcomes for an assigned caseload, typically 10–11 learners (approximately 175–200 direct service hours per week), while maintaining an average clinical productivity expectation of 30 hours per week.
Why Momentum Behavior Services?
JOB SETTING: In Office Monday - Friday
SALARY: $85,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year, plus up to $12,000 BCBA bonus incentive
