Role Overview

We are building an AI‑powered sales rep marketplace that automates cold calling, coaching, and pipeline generation across 25+ product verticals. As the Marketplace Sales & Growth Manager you will oversee a rapidly scaling network of reps, own scripting and quality standards, and partner closely with engineering to develop AI coaching systems that multiply rep performance.

Technical & Workplace Environment

• AI‑Driven Marketplace Infrastructure: Automated rep management tools, dynamic cold‑calling scripts across HVAC, Dental, Hospitality, and more, plus real‑time pipeline monitoring.
• Tech Stack: AI coaching platforms, CRM integrations, data enrichment systems, automated dialers, and performance analytics.

What You'll Do

• Manage & Coach Reps at Scale: Oversee and develop a portfolio of 100–250 cold‑calling reps, using performance data to improve efficiency, booking quality, and consistency.
• Own Scripting & Playbooks: Write, refine, and test sales scripts and onboarding playbooks across 25+ product verticals, ensuring clarity, conversion, and repeatability.
• Partner with Engineering: Collaborate directly with AI engineers to build automated coaching systems that scale rep management from hundreds to thousands.
• Drive Pipeline & Quality: Lead quality assurance for booked meetings and support pipeline expansion as the rep network grows from 25 to 250+ reps by year‑end.

Who You Are/Requirements

• Experienced Operator: 3–7 years in sales, cold calling, or growth roles with hands‑on experience coaching reps and building sales playbooks from scratch.
• Analytical & Fast‑Moving: Strong data instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to execute quickly in a high‑velocity startup environment.
• US Work Authorization: Fully authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
