Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
• Respond to patient concerns and emergencies with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
