Caregiver in Home Health NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED (Grand Forks, ND)

We're Looking for Full-Time Caregivers — Daytime Availability Preferred!

Our biggest need right now is for caregivers available during daytime hours! We are looking for individuals interested in full-time work who are dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

We want caregivers who are:

• Comfortable learning and providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Willing to help with a wide variety of daily tasks to support our clients and their independence.
• Self-starters who can recognize what needs to be done and take initiative.
• Easy to direct and coachable, with a willingness to follow instructions and care plans.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

No Experience Necessary — We Provide Paid Training!

You do not need previous caregiving experience to join our team! We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

You don't have to know everything before you start. We're looking for people with a positive attitude who are willing to learn, accept direction, and feel comfortable being trained in personal care and other caregiving responsibilities.

Caregiving Responsibilities Include:

• Meal preparation and assistance with meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Helping clients with a variety of everyday needs to maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
