Position Overview

Perry’s Supply is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Retail & Showroom Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and help keep our showroom running smoothly.

This position combines retail operations, employee management, inventory and warehouse support, HR coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the store is customer-ready each morning
• Manage staff, facilities, supplies, maintenance, inventory, and packages
• Coordinate workflows, employee scheduling, and internal communications
• Manage customer communications and help maintain an excellent showroom experience
• Assist with IT support, system access, and basic troubleshooting coordination
• Support budgeting and operational documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR coordination 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, office management, or a similar operations role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• HR operations and recruiting coordination experience preferred
• Professional, reliable, discreet, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented
• Experience in construction, design, or DIY-related environments strongly preferred 

Schedule

Perry’s Supply is open:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
