Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to ED patients per physician orders and protocols.
- Conduct rapid initial assessment, triage, continuous monitoring of vital signs, and respond to emergencies.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and procedures as permitted; monitor for adverse effects and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, and facilitate timely patient disposition.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and readiness for codes or rapid response scenarios.

Requirements
- 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
- Certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 12x3 rotation (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Active RN license (United States) required to practice as an ER RN
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department and travel assignment
