ASE Master Automotive Technician | Up to $100k - Now Hiring

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay Rate: $40-$48/hour

Pay Schedule: Every Other Friday

Earning Potential: Approximately $100K annually, based on productivity (not guaranteed)

ASE MASTER CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

We are seeking a currently ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician in Omaha, NE who can lead advanced diagnostics, tackle complex repairs, and mentor other technicians.

This opportunity offers a climate-controlled shop, PTO eligibility from Day 1, ongoing ASE training, and strong earning potential.

Your ASE Master certification must be CURRENT and ACTIVE. Expired certifications do not qualify.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability problems.

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs independently.

• Troubleshoot difficult vehicle concerns from start to finish.

• Mentor B-Level and C-Level technicians.

• Serve as the shop's lead technical resource.

• Communicate repair findings with service advisors and customers.

• Maintain high repair quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE ASE MASTER TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION REQUIRED - NO EXPIRED CERTIFICATIONS.

• Minimum 7 years of professional automotive repair experience.

• Minimum 5 years of advanced diagnostic experience.

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostic skills.

• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs.

• Strong communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills.

• NAPA TRACS experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$48/hour under a hybrid pay structure.

• Approximately $100K annual earning potential, based on productivity and not guaranteed.
