Nanny Needed

My youngest wakes up at 5 a.m. and goes to sleep at 9 a.m. then after she wakes up she stays awake for another 4 hours and goes back to sleep. The older child wakes up and wants to watch bluey, color, play out in the back yard, and eat snacks. She has unintelligible requests from time to time and often resorts to whining if she doesn't get what she wants. She will occasionally nap at 3 p.m. and when she wakes up she throws a tantrum 50% of the time. She also has a fear of our dog and shows aggression towards her sister. The ideal day is that the children wake up, each of them eat, get settled in for their preferred activities, and take their naps when they get sleepy.
