Expected Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients through outbound sales calls, leads, and local networking.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess client needs and recommend tailored personal/commercial coverage solutions (Auto, Home, Life, Business).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer care and consultative advice.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals and activity metrics.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and customer inquiries with high accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written communication).
• Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an Arizona Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (we provide guidance for licensing).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Work authorization in the United States.
