About the Role:
Meds Your Way, Inc. is looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our team in New Castle, DE! This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time. If you enjoy being on the road and making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you! Start time ranges from 2 - 5 pm and lasts 3-6 hours per shift Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to customers at their homes or designated locations
- Verify delivery information and obtain required signatures upon drop-off
- Handle medications and sensitive packages with care and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records for each route
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve any delivery concerns
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while operating a delivery vehicle
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or mapping apps
- Respect for patient privacy and HIPAA compliance standards
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
