We have both full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple departments, including Service Deli, Meat, Bakery, Fresh-Cut Produce, Front End, Grocery, and Store Leadership. Potential Opportunities

Depending on your experience, qualifications, and our current staffing needs, opportunities may include:

• Service Deli Clerks: Prepare, cook, package, and serve deli products while maintaining product quality, food safety, and excellent guest service.
• Meat Clerks: Assist with meat department operations, including product preparation, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and maintaining freshness and sanitation standards.
• Bakery Clerks: Help prepare, package, stock, and merchandise bakery products while maintaining attractive displays, product quality, and excellent guest service.
• Fresh-Cut Produce Clerks: Cut, slice, package, and merchandise fresh-cut fruit, vegetables, salsas/dips, cooking ingredients, and more while following proper food safety, freshness, and sanitation procedures.
• Front End and Guest Service: Assist guests with purchases, operate registers when applicable, process transactions accurately, and provide a friendly checkout experience.
• Grocery and Stocking: Stock shelves, rotate products, organize inventory, unload deliveries, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store.
• Leadership Opportunities: Qualified candidates may be considered for leadership positions, including the Assistant Key Carrier, with responsibilities that may include supporting daily store operations, assisting team members, providing guest service, and helping uphold company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Lees Team Member:

Guest Service

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer questions, provide product information, and help guests find the products they need.
• Resolve guest concerns with tact and patience, seeking solutions that reflect “The Lee’s Way — doing what’s best for our guests, our team, and our company.”
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience.

Product Quality and Merchandising

• Stock, organize, and merchandise products according to department and company standards.
• Maintain product freshness through proper rotation, code dating, and expiration date checks.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, labeling, and displaying products as required by the assigned department.
• Help receive deliveries, organize inventory, and maintain appropriate product levels.
• Follow established procedures for product handling, pricing, and quality control.

Cleanliness and Safety

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas, displays, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Follow company policies and applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and only as trained and authorized.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and product quality concerns to management.

Teamwork and Store Operations

• Work cooperatively with team members, department leaders, and store management to support daily operations.
• Communicate professionally and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment.
• Attend required training sessions and learn department procedures, company policies, and job-specific skills.
• Assist other departments as needed based on training, qualifications, and business needs.
• Maintain dependable attendance, arrive on time, and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• For applicable leadership positions, help coordinate daily operations, support team members, communicate expectations, and uphold company standards.
