Sales Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that sales representatives are mapped to the appropriate Sales Incentive Plans and compensation tiers
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commission, bonus, and SPIF calculations
• Audit and reconcile sales data to help ensure quota attainment and compensation calculations are accurate
• Research and resolve compensation inquiries, calculation questions, and discrepancies raised by sales team members
• Produce performance dashboards, payout statements, and cost-of-incentive reporting for management
• Maintain and support incentive compensation management tools such as Xactly, including target uploads, plan routing, and personnel data refreshes
• Help educate the sales organization on incentive plans, relevant sales policies, and how to interpret commission statements
• Assist with sales plan improvements, dashboard and reporting enhancements, and fiscal-year preparation and launch activities
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Human Resources and provide day-to-day operational support to the sales organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Certified Business Analysis Professional
