Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Ancira Volkswagen of Laredo is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service department. As the primary point of contact for our service customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained while delivering a world-class experience.

No automotive experience? No problem! We provide full training to teach you everything you need to know to succeed and grow in this high-demand role.

What You Will Do:

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and listen to their vehicle concerns.
• Advise customers on necessary automotive repairs and routine maintenance schedules based on Volkswagen guidelines.
• Write clear, accurate repair orders and communicate effectively with our service technicians.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day via phone, text, or email.
• Review service invoices with customers, explaining the work performed and the associated costs in a clear, transparent manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction scores.

What We Are Looking For:

• No prior Service Advisor experience required — we will train the right person! (Previous background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency to use our dealership software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, insurable driving history.
