Director of Business Development- Private Duty Homecare

The Director of Business Development – Private Duty Homecare will drive growth through referral development, strategic partnerships, market analysis, and client acquisition. This role will build strong community relationships, develop sales strategies, manage the business development pipeline, and lead initiatives that expand the organization’s private duty homecare presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen referral relationships to support business growth.
• Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
• Manage and expand strategic partnerships.
• Generate and qualify leads through targeted business development activities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and represent the organization in relevant community settings.
• Drive client acquisition and maintain a consistent business development pipeline.
• Provide leadership and direction to the business development team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in homecare business development.
