Job Title: Lead Automotive Parts Specialist (1-Person Dept / No Flat Rate)

Role Overview:

As our sole Parts Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end operation of our parts department while collaborating directly with our service team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look up, locate, order, and track parts for technicians and retail customers (in person and over the phone).
• Maintain, organize, and update accurate parts inventory.
• Price out parts on work orders and customer invoices with high attention to detail.
• Handle occasional local driving to pick up or deliver parts.
• Assist with warranty documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven automotive parts or shop experience (required).
• Strong automotive knowledge and comfortable using electronic parts catalogs / inventory management software.
• Excellent accuracy with numbers, pricing, and record-keeping.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (for occasional local parts pickup).
• Bonus: Previous experience with warranty paperwork.
