Job Title: B2B Customer Service Representative – Sales Appointments - Outbound - Hybrid

Job Location: Tempe, AZ

Base Salary: $18.50/hour + performance-based bonus opportunities + $1400 retention bonus

Responsibilities: 

• Connect with customers and prospects to identify needs and sales opportunities
• Ask discovery questions to understand business workflows and customer priorities
• Schedule appointments with sales consultants when a solution may support the customer
• Capture clear notes to support effective follow-up and consultative conversations
• Follow pipeline, adherence, and customer follow-up expectations
• Support new customer acquisition and expanded customer relationships

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of sales experience
• 6+ months of customer-facing experience
• Comfort making recommendations, solving problems, and escalating when appropriate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience and ability to work across multiple systems
• Sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or quota-based experience
