Job Description

Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center supporting a well-known fashion and pop culture retailer in Riverside, CA.

Associates will help fulfill online customer orders by picking, packing, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

This is a seasonal opportunity lasting approximately 3 months, with the potential for long-term employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift – $19.00/hr

• Sunday–Thursday
• 4:00 AM–12:30 PM

2nd Shift – $19.50/hr

• Sunday–Thursday
• 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Mandatory Peak Season Overtime:

• 1st Shift: Must be available to start at 3:00 AM and work Fridays.
• 2nd Shift: Must be available to work until 10:30 PM and work Fridays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack online customer orders accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for shipping.
• Stock and organize incoming inventory.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Assist in other warehouse departments as needed.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must be available for mandatory overtime and additional workdays.
