Schedule: Monday–Friday, AM Shift

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable General Receptionist to join our team at an automotive body shop in South Sacramento. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, answering phone calls, and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing excellent customer service while assisting with general front desk and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist the general public with questions and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Take messages and relay information accurately.
• Perform basic clerical and administrative duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide general support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Dependable, punctual, and well organized.
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers in person.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
