Job Description
Overflow Enterprises is hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as AT&T Wireless Sales Representatives!
In this role, you'll work directly with customers at retail partner locations, helping them explore AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions. We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and want to develop their sales and customer service skills.
No wireless sales experience? No problem! We provide paid training to help you get started.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with AT&T wireless plans, products, and services.
- Explain current promotions and available options.
- Answer customer questions and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at retail locations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $16–$20 (W-2 position).
- Additional commission opportunities on top of hourly pay.
- Paid training.
- Full-time schedule, approximately 40 hours per week.
