Customer Service Seasonal

We are seeking a reliable customer service agent for a seasonal position that starts on November 2nd and will end December 18th. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and accurate data entry skills. This is for an inbound call center in Wyoming, MI.

The training hours and November hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

In December, the hours are 8:30am to an end time between 5:00pm-7:00pm. You would be required to work a couple of the later evenings per week.

The call center is open weekends and requires two weekend days in November and 2-3 weekend days in December.

The pay rate is $18 and overtime is paid over 40 hours in a week. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
