CNC Operator

The CNC Operator independently operates CNC mills to machine aluminum and steel components, supporting accurate, efficient production while reporting to a production supervisor. The role contributes to the quality workflow through first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and coordinate measuring machine inspection.

Location: Bartow, FL

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills for production runs.
• Perform tool changes and load aluminum and steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Perform dimensional measurements and support coordinate measuring machine inspection.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
• Track production activities and results.
• Follow safety procedures and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in CNC machining.
• Experience with CNC machine operation and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of precision measurement and quality control.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Able to heavy lift and stand for long periods of time.

Monday to Friday

6am to 3:30pm

$20.00 hourly pay
