About the Role
We are looking for a banking sales leader to bring AI, data, and machine learning solutions to banks and financial institutions. You will build relationships with senior banking leaders and close high-value deals that deliver real business results.

What You Will Do

• Target and grow key banking and financial services accounts
• Lead consultative conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
• Partner with solution architects and data scientists to show clear business value and ROI
• Negotiate and close large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

First Year Goals

• Build a pipeline of 4x annual quota within 6 months
• Close $3M to $5M+ in AI deals by year end
• Build relationships at 20+ strategic banking accounts

What You Bring

• 7 to 12 years in enterprise technology sales, with a strong track record selling into banks
• 3+ years selling AI, analytics, or data-driven SaaS
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, data, and cloud concepts
• Excellent executive communication and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
