Location: Uptown Dallas, TX

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Must have open availability between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Packaging & Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Uptown Dallas. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our final product meets our high standards before reaching the customer. The ideal candidate takes pride in presentation, handles merchandise with care, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality & Presentation: Inspect packages to confirm that all bows, labels, and decorative elements are adhered correctly, neatly, and according to brand guidelines.
• Product Protection: Carefully pack items to ensure products are not damaged, crushed, or obscured during the packaging process.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check contents against order details before final dispatch.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep your packing station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Sharp Attention to Detail: Exceptional visual awareness to catch minor defects, misaligned labels, or damaged goods.
• Hand Eye Coordination: Ability to handle delicate items and apply precise branding elements consistently.
• Schedule Flexibility: Full availability during peak operational hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
