Experienced Part Time Daytime Cleaner

Terminal Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable cleaner for ONE combined part-time daytime position covering two nearby Miami/Kendall worksites.

COMPLETE SCHEDULE: 13 HOURS PER WEEK
Monday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., cleaning an office and warehouse near Tamiami Airport (Miami 33186).
Friday: 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., cleaning a chiropractic office near Home Depot on SW 152nd Street, across from Zoo Miami (33177).

Pay is $15 per hour, totaling $195 per week before taxes. We are hiring one person to cover ALL THREE SHIFTS and BOTH LOCATIONS. These assignments are offered together, not separately.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous professional cleaning experience; your own reliable transportation; consistent availability for the entire daytime schedule; ability to clean thoroughly and work independently.

SMARTPHONE AND TIMEKEEPING APP: REQUIRED
Must have a smartphone compatible with our planned timekeeping app and be comfortable using mobile applications. Once implemented, employees must use the app on their own phone to clock in and out and verify their location and time at each jobsite. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Location verification is for work-related timekeeping.

COMMUTE REQUIREMENT: NO EXCEPTIONS
You must live within a maximum 30-minute one-way drive of BOTH jobsites under typical traffic conditions for the scheduled shifts, including the return commute. Please consider travel time, gas, and any toll costs before applying. We seek someone who can maintain this schedule long term.

Please provide your cleaning experience, nearest major intersection, estimated one-way commute to BOTH locations at the scheduled shift times, confirmation of your own transportation, availability for ALL 13 hours, and acceptance of $15 per hour.
