Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Cashier/Customer Service (Part-Time)
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Onsite)
Hours: 20-40 Hours per Week

Responsibilities

• Process payments (cash, checks, money orders).
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Assist customers with payment-related inquiries.
• Access and update customer account information in company systems.
• Secure company funds and maintain accurate records.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Customer service experience.
• Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Barbara.
