We have an URGENT need for 5 Manufacturing Technicians to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, CA!

Our client is actively interviewing and looking to hire qualified candidates within the next two weeks!

This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing. Previous pharmaceutical experience is not explicitly required! Candidates with manufacturing, production, equipment operation, or other regulated industry experience are encouraged to apply.

These positions offer competitive hourly pay, an established manufacturing environment, and strong potential to transition into permanent employment.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing equipment used in the production of plasma-derived pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitization.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and perform basic quality measurements, including pH, conductivity, and turbidity.
• Operate production equipment, including filtration systems, centrifuges, and other processing machinery.
• Accurately complete manufacturing documentation and production records.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective gowning.
• Collaborate with production team members to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to wear full cleanroom protective gowning from head to toe.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and accommodate a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or equipment operation experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, cleanroom procedures, or manufacturing documentation.
• Experience operating industrial or process equipment.
