Inside Sales Representative

Relief Business Consulting is looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales position working directly with business owners who are experiencing financial challenges and exploring solutions for their businesses.

We're looking for someone who knows how to start conversations, build trust, handle objections, and turn opportunities into clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls and responding to inbound leads.
• Speaking directly with business owners about their financial challenges.
• Building relationships and identifying potential opportunities.
• Handling objections and confidently guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Following up consistently and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Working toward individual sales goals and earning commissions based on performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous phone sales, inside sales, or closing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward goals.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
