Location: Willingboro, NJ

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (You must be flexible with hours)

Weekly Salary: $760- $800 depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Review job descriptions/job orders with candidates and match individuals correctly to the client.
• Prescreen potential candidates
• Provide support to our temporary associates
• Provide customer service with clients by accurately taking job orders
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Check in temporary associates

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a must!
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Ability to check-in temporary associates
