Job Description

Staff-Up, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Plant Installer / Horticultural Installation Technician for a plant services company in Corpus Christi, TX.

This is a full-time opportunity to work with a team installing and maintaining live plants and seasonal décor at commercial buildings, luxury hotels, and other professional properties.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can handle physically demanding tasks, has a professional appearance, and is comfortable driving a company vehicle to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and unpack plants, containers, and other deliveries.
• Select, clean, organize, and prepare plants for installation routes.
• Deliver and install plants for new projects and replacement work orders.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain plant installation supplies, tools, and color kits.
• Assist with vehicle washing and basic maintenance.
• Perform general facility and property maintenance.
• Use hand tools and equipment to care for plants and prepare installations.
• Assist with seasonal holiday foliage and décor installations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 10-pound water buckets and regularly handle plants and containers weighing 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely use both hands for detailed tasks.
• Comfortable using scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses, and other small tools.
• Ability to apply plant-care products using handheld pump sprayers.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication skills and a neat, clean appearance.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Previous experience with plant care, landscaping, horticulture, delivery, installation, or general labor is helpful.
