Part Time Church Cleaner - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - Paradise, Tx

Blue Broom Commercial Cleaning is hiring one dependable part-time cleaner for a consistent Tuesday, ,Thursday, and Saturday schedule at a large, active church facility in Paradise, TX.
You’ll work at the same location each week as part of an established cleaning team.
You will not be expected to carry the entire building by yourself.

This is a long term position offering consistent weekly hours, paid training, optional coverage opportunities, and room to grow as Blue Broom expands. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in leaving the church clean, organized, and ready for its members
  

Starting Pay:

• $16.50 per hour
• Approximately 15–18 hours per week
• Performance and pay reviews based on attendance, communication, quality, and reliability
  

Regular Weekly Schedule:

• Tuesday: 5:00 PM to approximately 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:30 PM to approximately 7 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM
  

Saturday is normally the longest shift and usually requires staying active for approximately five to five and a half hours. Initial training, church events, or heavier cleaning weeks may occasionally cause shifts to run longer. Before applying, please make sure you can reliably commute to Paradise and consistently work all three scheduled days every week.

What You'll Do:

• Follow the assigned cleaning routine and building instructions.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and remove trash
• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, children’s areas, and common spaces
• Pay close attention to high-use and detailed areas
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Communicate with the team lead and other cleaners
• Help the team complete the building when your assigned area is finished
• Perform a final check before leaving each area
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable attendance and prompt communication
• Reliable transportation to Paradise, TX
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain active throughout the shifts
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfort working as part of a supportive team
• Previous commercial, church, school, or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required
