Job Description
Overflow Enterprises, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives!
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales, customer service, or retail. No previous sales experience is required! We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers at retail partner locations, introducing products and services, answering questions, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Explain products, services, and current promotions.
- Assist customers with questions and purchasing decisions.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a professional presence at assigned retail locations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- No previous sales experience necessary.
Compensation & Opportunities
- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $16–$20.
- Additional commission opportunities on top of hourly pay.
