Job Summary

iStaffing is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate employees, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, processing, and production operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate hourly associates.
• Monitor productivity, performance metrics, and daily production goals.
• Oversee sanitation processes and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Enforce company procedures and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
• Assist with hands-on production duties when needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, food service, or similar environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing employees and meeting production goals/KPIs.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Preferred: Knowledge of GMP, quality control, workplace safety, or continuous improvement practices.
