Job Description
Overflow Enterprises, Inc. is hiring friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates!
If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning new skills, this could be a great opportunity for you. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you get started!
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will interact with customers at retail partner locations, assist with product and service questions, explain available promotions, and help customers find options that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and current promotions.
- Answer customer questions and recommend suitable options.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Represent the company professionally at assigned retail locations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Dependable and comfortable working with a team.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Opportunities
- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $16–$20 (W-2 employment).
