Warehouse Associate - Apparel Fulfillment

Job Description

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for an apparel fulfillment warehouse in Grand Prairie, TX. Employees will handle clothing and apparel products by folding, sorting, inspecting, tagging, bagging, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

This is a hands-on position where you may perform a little bit of everything throughout the day. You will receive training in different warehouse departments, so flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important.

Responsibilities

• Fold, sort, and organize clothing according to company standards.
• Place garments in bags, apply labels, and prepare items for shipment.
• Attach hang tags, barcode labels, and hangers to apparel as needed.
• Inspect clothing for stains, damage, defects, or other quality issues.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare apparel for shipping to customers and retail locations.
• Sort, organize, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and product handling.
• Inspect and process returned clothing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions, quality standards, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Learn and assist with different tasks and departments as assigned.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous warehouse or apparel experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail when handling and inspecting clothing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including folding, sorting, labeling, and packing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
• Must follow all company safety and quality requirements.

Work Schedule

• Days: Sunday – Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
