Job overview:

• Coordinates daily production activities, staffing, workflow, and material availability to meet production schedules and minimize changeover times.
• Monitors product quality, ensures compliance with work instructions and procedures, resolves recurring production issues, and supports continuous improvement.
• Leads and trains production employees, communicates process changes, provides performance feedback, and escalates employee concerns to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
