Job Description

Banner Health Centers LLC is looking for a qualified BCBA / LBA / QSP to join our team.

This is a flexible, part-time position offering approximately 10 hours per week. Most work can be completed remotely, but in-person client visits are required to meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support behavior technicians.

• Provide remote and in-person clinical supervision.

• Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).

• Monitor client progress.

• Complete required clinical documentation.

• Communicate with families and staff.

• Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS EIDBI requirements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.

• Active Minnesota LBA license.

• Must meet Minnesota EIDBI QSP qualifications.

• Experience working with children with autism.

• Knowledge of Minnesota EIDBI regulations.

• Ability to conduct in-person client visits.

Compensation and Schedule

• $65–$70 per hour, depending on experience.

• Approximately 10 hours per week.

• Flexible schedule.

• Mostly remote work with required in-person visits.
