Travel Caregiver

Full-Time | $14 Hourly

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Travel Caregiver to provide direct care and support to clients with disabilities across multiple residential locations in Granbury, Texas.

This role is ideal for an adaptable, experienced caregiver who enjoys variety, can confidently support individuals with diverse medical and behavioral needs, and is comfortable traveling between locations to support consistent, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with personal care, daily living activities, meals, transportation, and community participation.
• Support clients with complex medical and behavioral needs in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
• Travel between assigned locations based on operational needs and staffing requirements.
• Follow medication administration procedures, behavior support plans, and applicable safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report incidents, concerns, and changes in individual needs.
• Assist with new admissions, staff training, and continuity of care across residential settings.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies and changing situations.
• Collaborate with residential teams to maintain safe, consistent, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience assisting people with disabilities preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets applicable requirements.
• Experience supporting individuals with medical or behavioral needs preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between locations, adapt to changing assignments, and lift up to 50 pounds.
