Now Hiring: Machine Operator

We are hiring Machine Operators for an onsite manufacturing facility in Neenah, WI. This is a 4-month contract opportunity with the potential for full-time employment for candidates who perform well.

Candidates with machine operating experience are preferred. Applicants with hands-on experience in automotive repair, mechanical shops, or similar technical environments are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Identify mechanical or production problems and assist with basic repairs.
• Maintain accurate production, waste, downtime, and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent recognized credential.
• Updated resume documenting relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related experience, or equivalent military education/training.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, and frequent gripping.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and certain chemicals.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing equipment experience.
• Mechanical or technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience in an automotive repair shop, mechanical shop, or similar hands-on technical environment.
• Experience operating industrial equipment, tractors, or forklifts.

Important Information

• This is an onsite position with a 12-hour rotating crew schedule. Candidates must be comfortable working the assigned schedule.
• The initial training period will be on day shift only.
• Candidates must be available to start on the required start date.
• Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided onsite.
• Steel-toe shoes are required before starting and must be provided by the candidate. The cost is not reimbursed.
