What You Will Do:

• Welcome and assist customers as they visit the dealership or reach out online.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their transportation needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present suitable Volkswagen vehicles, conduct test drives, and demonstrate key features.
• Guide customers smoothly through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to final delivery.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Volkswagen products, features, options, and current promotions.

What We Are Looking For:

• No previous auto sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training! (Recent retail or customer service experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An enthusiastic, positive attitude and a highly coachable mindset.
• A self-motivated, results-driven work ethic.
• Basic computer skills to navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, insurable driving history.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
