Home Care Scheduler

The Home Care Scheduler coordinates services for mixed client populations by managing caregiver assignments, maintaining accurate schedules, and supporting clear communication among clients, caregivers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care schedules for clients with varied needs.
• Match caregivers to client assignments based on availability and service requirements.
• Manage shifts, track caregiver availability, and coordinate coverage.
• Update schedules promptly as client or caregiver needs change.
• Communicate schedule details and changes with clients and caregivers.
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy.
• Maintain complete and accurate scheduling and client records.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in home care scheduling.
