JOB TYPE: Part-time - 16 hours per week
PAY: $15.00 per hour + tips (tips are prorated based on total team work hours)

REQUIRED SHIFTS - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is a permanent, non-seasonal position for these 3 shifts every week:
- Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

ABOUT THE JOB
Dirty Dough Cookies in Powell is hiring a friendly, reliable Bakery Associate / Cashier for our cookie bakery. No experience is needed - we will train you.

You will greet customers, take orders, work the cash register / POS, help bake and finish our stuffed cookies, box orders, and keep the store clean. This is a great part-time job for someone 18 or older who likes people, enjoys staying busy, and wants a set weekly schedule in a fun bakery / food service / retail team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet every customer warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash and card payments at the register
- Help with the cookie-making process - baking, finishing, and boxing cookies to Dirty Dough quality standards
- Prepare in-store and delivery / takeout orders quickly and correctly
- Answer customer questions about flavors and products and help drive sales
- Keep equipment cleaned and maintained during the day
- Keep the store, freezer area, and restroom clean and sanitary for customers and staff
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking during busy periods

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing, and great with customers
- Reliable - shows up on time for every scheduled shift
- Pays attention to detail and learns quickly
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates in English
- Works hard and fast, and enjoys being busy
- Able to walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No prior experience needed. Food handling certification is a plus.
