We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated, and people-focused Membership Sales Manager to join our growing Anytime Fitness Hickory Hills team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

What You’ll Do
•    Welcome prospective members and introduce them to our club.
•    Give engaging gym tours and help guests select memberships.
•    Follow up with interested prospects through phone, text, and email.
•    Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
•    Help develop creative membership promotions and referral programs.
•    Support member satisfaction and retention.
•    Work closely with Personal Trainers to help meet sales goals and come up with creative ways to reach sales goals.
•    Work with club ownership to develop strategies to grow membership and revenue.
•    Community outreach and engagement to help build brand awareness and membership growth.
•    Assist with daily club operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Who We’re Looking For
•    Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
•    Sales-driven mindset and passion for achieving goals
•    Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
•    Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
•    Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
•    Passion for fitness, health, or helping others
•    Willingness to learn our membership sales systems and processes
Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
Schedule
30–38 hours per week
Consistent weekday hours with occasional weekend availability for special events and community activities.
