Rural facility OT to perform in all areas (IP, OP, minimal in home therapy)
Majority of the patients are ortho or general geriatric conditions and the occasional TBI/CVA/PD
Pending State License accepted: Yes if we have an ETA from licensing of when it will post
Start date: 11/16
Shift: 08:00 – 18:30
Years of experience REQ: 2
First-timer travelers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Yes, every 3rd weekend
National Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? No
Locals accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: 6 days RTO max
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
Special Requirements:
• 2 years of experience
• BLS
• MT OT license - can obtain after offer
• Epic preferred
