Bilingual Recruiter

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers, delivers a strong candidate experience, and supports onboarding through a smooth handoff to HR.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from job posting through new hire onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and extend conditional offers
• Manage candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience
• Coordinate onsite recruiting events, job fairs, or open houses as needed
• Support pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screens
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding logistics
• Support workforce planning and monthly headcount goals
• Provide recruiting updates and reporting to leadership
  

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (exempt and non-exempt)
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong interviewing and candidate communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Work Environment

• Office-based
• Occasional travel may be required
• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday

Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
