Role Overview

A private family in Boca Raton is seeking a reliable, discreet, and personable Houseman / Porter to act as the principal’s day to day right hand. This active, on the go position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being genuinely helpful, proactive, and adaptable. The family is warm and highly respectful, looking for an immediate hire to join them for the long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Chauffeur & Mobility Support: Drive the principal to daily appointments, meetings, golf, tennis, and social events; manage vehicular logistics seamlessly.
• Ad-Hoc Errands & Sourcing: Handle diverse, fast-moving daily errands, high-priority pickups, and ad-hoc household provisioning.
• Logistics & Package Management: Receive, inspect, log, and distribute packages. Manage household returns, shipping logistics, and vendor drop-offs.
• Light Household & Estate Help: Assist with light upkeep, bringing trash to the curb, handling large deliveries, and performing simple fixes or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Vehicle Care: Keep the family vehicles immaculate, detailed, fueled, and scheduled for routine maintenance.
• Discreet Support: Anticipate the needs of the principal and family while maintaining absolute privacy and boundary awareness.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a private home, club, hospitality, or similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and knowledge of the Boca Raton area
• Ability to lift heavy items and handle active physical upkeep
• Discreet, highly punctual and adaptable
• Authorized to work in the U.S., with references
• A background check is required

Schedule: Generally 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed 

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
